Your project will be upgraded to a new service plan with an improved performance in non-production environments (the App Service Tier of QA and UAT environments will be upgraded from S1 to P0v3). This improvement will cause a brief outage of these environments. Your Production environment will not be affected by the outage and the amount billed for your subscription will not be increased.
